Neither skill can reach seodraft's tools until the bot has the MCP server itself. That step happens once, in the bot's first conversation, and after it the same 38 tools that Claude and Cursor call are available here too.

After connecting

Once the bot has called an authenticated tool, the seodraft home switches from waiting to connected. From there the content-desk skill can run the sequence: profile, topics with measured volume when your own DataForSEO account is connected, a brief, a draft that cites only accepted evidence, the rules, and delivery once you approve.

Delivery lands as Markdown, HTML or a git draft marked draft: true. Publishing stays a step you take in your own CMS; seodraft has no publish tool here or anywhere else.

Limits

  • The template carries the skills, not the connection: adding the MCP server is a manual step every time you start from it.
  • Templates and skills are Grok Bot features beyond seodraft's own control, so how the bot presents the connection step can change without seodraft changing.
