Terms of service

The service

Your AI agent writes over MCP: it reads your business profile and accepted evidence, and drafts an article. A set of deterministic rules (never a model) decides when a draft is ready: keyword cannibalization, missing evidence, internal links, and similar checks. You review and approve each article yourself.

Once approved, seodraft exports the article as Markdown or HTML, or, if you configured a delivery target, commits it to your own git repository as a file with draft: true forced. There is no tool that publishes on your behalf: what happens to that file after export or delivery is entirely up to you.

Price and trial

One workspace, $5/month or $50/year. New workspaces get a 7-day trial with no card required; nothing is charged until you subscribe.

Your account, credentials, and content

You are responsible for keeping your Clerk sign-in secure, and for the DataForSEO and GitHub credentials you connect: they are yours, and seodraft uses them only for calls you or your agent trigger.

You are responsible for the content your agent drafts and for what you do with an exported or delivered article. seodraft does not publish anything for you.

DataForSEO spend

Paid DataForSEO calls run against your own account and are billed by DataForSEO, not by seodraft. seodraft shows the estimated cost of a paid call before it runs, and caps how much a single call or a rolling day may spend: by default $0.5 per call and $2 per rolling 24 hours. Those caps limit what seodraft will spend on your behalf; they do not change DataForSEO's own pricing.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed and managed through Commet. You can open the billing portal from your account menu at any time to change or cancel your plan; access to the product follows whatever Commet reports for your subscription.

Liability

seodraft is provided as is. It does not promise rankings, traffic or citations, and it is not responsible for what you publish, for charges on your own DataForSEO account, or for outages of the third-party services it depends on.

To the extent the law allows, seodraft's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
