What to include

A message with these five things usually gets fixed on the first reply. Without them the first reply is a list of questions.

• Your account email: the address you signed in with, so we can find your workspace.
• The app or agent you used: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client, and whether it was the web app or a desktop app.
• What happened: what you asked for, and what came back instead.
• Roughly when: the date and approximate time, with your time zone.
• The error message: the exact text, if there was one. A screenshot works too.

Common problems

• Your agent keeps asking you to sign in: Remove the seodraft connector or app from your agent, add it again pointing at https://seodraft.app/mcp, and sign in. That runs OAuth discovery from scratch and replaces a token that went stale, which is what a loop of sign-in prompts usually is.
• Disconnecting seodraft from ChatGPT: Open ChatGPT Settings, go to Apps and connectors, find seodraft and disconnect it. That revokes that app's access to your workspace right away. Your workspace data stays until you ask for it to be deleted. How to ask for deletion
• Where to load your DataForSEO credentials: In the web app, under Profile. Never paste a login or a password into a chat with an agent: seodraft only reads them from that form, and they are stored encrypted. Open DataForSEO settings
• Where to load your GitHub token: In the web app, under Profile, in the delivery section. Same rule: the token goes in the form, never in a chat. You can clear it from the same place. Open delivery settings
• Deleting your data: Email chorch@seodraft.app and ask. Deletion is completed within 30 days and you get a confirmation by email. You can ask for a copy of your data the same way. Privacy policy: your controls
